General terms

1. Purpose

Except as provided in paragraph 1 of each of the following:

b. In case of investigation of a crime or if requested by the Information and Communication Ethics Committee;
c. In case of a request according to the procedure prescribed by the relevant statutes;

The Site is obliged to provide continuous and stable service as defined in this Agreement.

9. Duties of member
The members shall not perform any of the following actions when using the service:

a. The act of negating the identity of another member;
b. The act of duplicating information obtained from a service for purposes other than the member's use without prior consent from the website, changing it, publishing it, broadcasting, etc., or providing it to others;
c. An act of infringing on the copyrights of a site, copyrights of others, etc.;
d. An act to distribute information, sentences, shapes, and other information that is in violation of public order and beauty culture to others;
e. an objectively judged act of association with a crime.

The members shall comply with the related statutes, the provisions stipulated in these terms and conditions, the service use guidance and precautions.

Service delivery and use
10. Member's duty to manage member ID and password

13. Termination of contract

Indemnification for damage

14. Exemption Provisions
The site shall be exempted from liability for damages caused by the member's selection or use of the service data if the member has not obtained the expected profit from the service provision.
The site shall be exempted from liability in the event of a service failure or damage to the member's data due to reasons attributable to the member or the purpose of a third party.
The site shall be exempted from responsibility for the contents of the materials posted or sent by the member.

15. A competent court
In the event of a dispute between the site and its members regarding the service, the court responsible for the location of the site's headquarters shall be the competent court.
